Health Professionals and Allied Employees (HPAE) is the largest union of Registered Nurses and health care professionals in New Jersey. Nurses, social workers, therapists, technicians, medical researchers, and other healthcare professionals join HPAE to advance and improve patient care and professional practices and working conditions in their health care facilities. 

In the summer of 2016 we launched the new flagship site for Health Professionals and Allied Employees. Planning strategically with the union’s leadership, Social Ink built a custom CMS powered by WordPress, created to manage events, downloadable publications and union forms, campaigns, and much more. Designed and developed to grow as the union grows, this site reflects HPAE’s transition from a regional advocate to a national presence.

Key features of the site include a custom locals locator for union members and a hub for each individual local. The site is responsive across several phones, tablets, screens, other displays.

In 2018-2019 our ongoing work with HPAE oversaw the design and development of a private platform for document sharing, event organizing, and resource management.

Our collaboration with HPAE expands our great portfolio in the labor organizing arena. We’re delighted to continue creating websites for unions and advocacy organizations!
